What the???
I guess the builders of this shopping complex had a little.. Fun with the signs.

Really.. Speed limit 22 and 1/2?!?!

There was another that said 12 1/2, and then I spotted another that said 17 1/2.

The builders of the shopping complex really had fun didn't they. xD I bet this gives people a good laugh when they pass these.

This was located in Higlands Ranch, CO. One of the RICHEST cities in Colorado.

I think they are trying to pass this off as 35 km/h speed limit Razz

Ya know I often parking lot speed limit signs stating 5mph. I don't think the speedo on either of my cars goes down that low Laughing

Who has a speedo with 1/2 MPH precision? Laughing
GullWhiz   [Dec 24, 2011 at 03:26 AM]
I think the idea is to kinda make sure people don't try to go over 25 MPH......I mean if the sign said.....25....they will go 27 and a half.....that's how people are.....heh

I would rather choose 20 MPH instead of 22,5 LOL. In my opinion there's no real point of using x,5 speed limits, since it's not even possible to know if you actually drive at such an accurate speed anyway.

Yeah all of our speed limits on the streets are in increments of 10, we got rid of speed limits that increment by five when we switched over from MPH to km/h in the late 70s.

I still see 15 Km/h limits from time to time in parking lots, or on roads where they make major repairs.

This picture was taken right in front of the Home Depot (Store #1540) I worked at from this March to just last month. (2014)

Just thought I'd comment on this old picture, This area is nearly the same, but I think there is some new stuff at this point.

I've seen that sign! LOL

Maybe the person who decided this had a Jeep Cherokee. Mine actually is marked in 2.5 MPH increments, starting from 10 MPH.
