Osram 12 Volts 5 Watts Halogen Bulb

Here is burned out halogen incandescent light bulb pulled from the Kitchen Aid microwave oven. My Mother had to get the Appliance Repairperson to pull the entire oven/microwave module out of the wall to take the top assembly out to replace the bulb. It was the original bulb where the assembly was installed in mid-2000's.

Anyone can date this bulb are most welcome.
