RIDOT refitted all of the existing signals with LED modules. There are some signal intersections that are being reconstructed since the old wiring is worn out and stuff like that.
Those are post 1997 Eagle heads when Eagle was taken over by Siemens Energy. They're the same mold as the one that Mark IV had when they owned Eagle in the 1980s through the 1990s...but had a logo on the back that read "Mark IV Automatic Signal/Eagle Signal" New ones have nothing on the back as you can see, but the top of each section is stamped "EAGLE" They are very well made and lightweight too. I used to have one.
