Powerbrackets on concrete poles used for public street lighting, weird eh?
San Bernardino, CA has many of these on SR 66. They are all HPS though. SB is served by Edison, but the city owns and maintains all the lights on metal and concrete poles.

I think it's an adapter, I'm not sure if they are still made. Oh, and I like your powerlite guide!

BTW, i didn't even notice the two sweet 60's M-400 on the left.
Are they still mercs or were they converted?
