Here's a shot of my gumball running a 70w CMH using a remote ballast. This is what Toronto lights would have looked had they retrofitted their gumballs instead of replacing them.
If your camera has burst mode or continuos shuttering feature....use that....I use that and hold sutter button and it continues to take pics till I let go....them I pick the best one is those cases
Looks like a hurricane? Or is a typhoon different? Hope you were lots of sun screen Joe. I got the worst sunburn I've ever had on Saturday. I can barely move anything from just below the chest up to my neck. I have really light skin so I burn fast. I put on sun screen then went in the pool. It was suposedly waterproof but it must have washed off since when I came out I was pinker than Patrick Star from Spongebob.
Yeah it's basically like a hurricane, anyways it's pretty cloudy right now so I don't think I'll get a sunburned today. That storm made quite a mess, here's a shot from outside my window:
O_o is right here's a shot of some of the damage, there were around 5-6 more fallen trees like that in the same plaza. There were lots of fallen branches and leaves all over the place too...luckily I didn't lose power during the entire storm.
Gee. Glad you stayed safe though. Those trees look like they have no bark. Here in my neighborhood people have been cutting down trees left and right because a lot of them are diseased and are causeing lots of damage whenever we get storms around here. My whole neighboorhood is drained swamp area, so there are no sewers around here and all the newer houses like mine are raised ranches since if you dig too deep you'll strike water. I wish people would start planting new trees in place of those that get cut down but they just don't seem to care right now. I guess things will change when people are all breathing out of oxygen tanks because there's not enough plants to take out the carbon dioxide and relase oxygen. Rhode Island is basically just above sea level, plus we have the Pawtuxet river, which doesn't help us with flooding. I read that if sea levels rise just one meter, almost all of RI will be underwater along with other coastal areas worldwide.
