Yeah I would say almost...but probably looks a bit more similar to the 400 watt version which has rounded glass and more oval refractor called the GE Form 400 Power Pack...

In matter of fact this one right here you have look similar to a combination of a OV-20 clamshell and a Power pack part of GE fixture!!!! Then you got it Laughing
