Gives Good Light...
Here's an overall room shot of the light mounted and lit up with a 3500K GE EcoLux lamp. I think the warmer color temp suits the room better.

In that case, ignore my comment on the previous pic. NICE FIXTURE!
I also like 3500K, I know many people don't like it but I see it as a nice neutral, natural light.

Yeah it's just this little room and the little room to the left of it that are unfinished. All the other parts are finshed (including the garage). Thanks! Yeah i like 3500K quite a bit. The GE lamps are very expensive though at lowe's. The twin pack was $8.28 + tax while i can get a twin pack of sylvania CWP lamps at Benny's for $2.99 + tax! Shocked

yeah looks great with the 3,500K color (my favorite) Cool

Thanks. Smile I like the 3500K light in this application becuase it sort of mimics incandescent without butchering the CRI. IMO, soft white and warm white fluorescents seem to artificial in terms of light quality. 3500K lamps give a nice light natural looking light and CW is nice too. 5000K is a bit blue for me but i like it since blue is my favorite color lol.

Yeah, ditto on the warm white florescent...but CFLs (the 2700K ones of course) to me perfectly resemble incandescent light.
