Electripak yard light- update

Here it is again- my Electripak yardblaster only this time I ditched the taped-up refractor.
This thing is already 20 years old, and it shows. Although sightly corroded with a crack in the head, this thing still has (to the best of my knowledge) it's original ballast, lamp, and photocontrol, without many hours on those components either since it spent years disconnected at a house my dad lived in in the 80s-early 90s. He installed it (probably in '93-'94) and it was used occasionally, got disconnected, and sat until 2010 when it was removed, sat around for awhile, then was finally pulled out and plugged in (was always wired to a cord). I know the people who live in the house now, and they gave me the light after we tested it for a Secret Santa present in 2011. This is it's third location since I have owned it, and I still plan to move it once again someday to a better spot.
