This is a Westinghouse LIFEGAURD clear top merc. I found on E-bay a while back as well, new old stock can't find a date the etching is mostly worn of from storage. 175 watt.
That's why these aren't made anymore. They lasted too long and manufacturers weren't making as much money as they could if the lamps had shorter lifes. so from the 80s on came the demise of the mercury vapor lamp. Now most are made in China and something goes wrong with the welds or seal or somthing silly like that after like two months.
Also, why is that sleeve so brown? did you run the lamp in the sleeve George?
"the all-new McCann Lighting LampGluv! Simply put the LampGluv over the lamp every morning after the lamp shuts off and cools down when it is below zero degrees (F). The lamp will ignite better with the LampGluv to keep it warm. Light output an issue? the LampGluv is made of alcohol coated paper so when the lamp reaches full brightness the LampGluv will catch fire and burn away, as it is no longer needed now that the lamp is fully warmed up!"
