Yeah these are quite rare to see unlike the similar tapered e arms.

one of the westinghouses were replaced with a R37 but then it got replaced again to a OVX

Yea it was in 2009, it surprised me too the only sylvannias still rarely reused are R47's

yeah in 2009, the maintenance contractor of the city utilized used parts for some spot replacements, even rusted 6' arms. Regarding R47's, most of them were replaced again a few years later!

This pole was replaced by a OVZ on a new concrete pole + tapered e arm

All the westinghouses here have been replaced by OVX's but I don't know what arm style this is
