I think this is actually a Induction cobrahead. Not Fluorescent

induction is part of the fluorescent family since it uses its phosphors is its primary source of light. I believe induction was called "electrodeless fluorescent" when it first came out.

I believe some companies still use that term too but I might have just been reading older catalogues/ads.
