I'm guessing this was taken sometime in the late 90s. The gumballs are now 250w MH AEL Corvus CVM lights. I think they replaced the lights since I don't think Cooper makes the URB in 250w MH.

Note the brand new incandescent Fortran signals too. Those are still up but they got converted to LED.

Yeah I noticed the Fotrans the one closest to the right is the only one of those Fortrans still up. I believe the rest are 12-12-12-12 or 12-12-12
