IIRC it's a CSA/Canada thing lol. Almost all my fluorescent fixtures have that label.

LOL, out of interest, the toilets at my school are CSA listed but the brand is American Standard lol. No UL listed on the toilets though.
Yeah don't CSA mean Canadian Standards Association or something along the lines of that?
