Freeway lighting on RI Rte 37, RI Rte 138, RI Rte 24, RI 78, and RI 403
|
Here's Route 37. First exit is NGrid and the rest is RIDOT. Rte 37 is continuously lit end-to-end, though exits 2, 3, and 5 (relay-controlled exits) have a lighting curfew whereas Exits 1 and 4 run dusk-to-dawn, as they're PC controlled.
Here's Rte 138's lighting. Starts and ends with NGrid owned lights but everything in between is relay-controlled RIDOT FCO lights.
And Rte. 24's lights.
i didn't include it, but RI Rte 78 is lit by old standard PC-controlled davits with 250W HPS M-250R2s. It's a small rural freeway with one lane on each side, lit only at exits.
Didn't include RI 403 either, but it is lit entirely by M-400 FCOs on davits. Rte 403 is RI's newest freeway, only a few years old.
