2015 Special treatment Project

This is Brampton's first appearance of LED's used in a traditional 400W HPS arrangement on high poles. The streetlighting design (spacing, heights, intensity varieties) is identical to what would be done if HPS were specified. For some reason, this road widening got the perks of LED and painted black hardware. Black hardware does nothing for me as the hardware isn't anything decorative.

Yeah NVNs on this project proves it can fit any set up in this city. Funny thing is all the new intersection poles along this stretch don't use black hardware/fixtures.
Ive gone streetview in RI a bunch of times LOL. I have seen some of those Black poles and equipment. The only black streetlights I saw were some postop looking fixtures. Ive seen a lot of black poles and shiny new fixtures together and it bothers me a lot lol. Shiny OVX's on black poles to me is just terrible lol.
Toronto has a bunch of Black and Green GE M250R2's
Ah you go on Streetview roadtrips in RI? I do the same in Ontario lol. I also do it on RI to find any hiding mercs. Yeah the post top lights are black here but all the cobraheads are normal gray.
I also think black arms on neutral colour poles are weird, and its even worse they are just typical elipticals. The arms used in model25's link look a lot better with black NVN's to me, I'm thinking I like it better than the LED acorn they also pair with that arm. I think i'd like grey cobras on black arms over canadian unfinished aluminum lol.
