Unidentified lanterns close to a guarded facility building

Never seen them elsewhere. Couldn't get there, just took a picture through the fence. According to Google Street View date they're for at least about 4 years at that place. No idea whether they're HID or LED. Can somebody identify? Thanks!

Interesting lights, have you ever or able to check them at night?

Not yet. They are quite far from where I live. But I believe they are most probably HID (quite a robust/thick lantern construction and no heat sink visible).
I'd expect they're HPS (or MH but not so typical here).
