Very cool! Oh boy, the mat arms I would make if I had metal-working skills and the proper tools. Did you make this out of EMT conduit? It would be cool to make aluminum pipe brackets but I don't know where to find aluminum pipe and I think conduit benders would probably deform it rather than make a gradual radius.

Very nice! I think when I get my own place I should buy proper metal working tools and sign up for metal working classes so I can my own custom arms too lol.

Thanks guys! Very Happy Yes it's EMT conduit,it slips into a hole in the bracket then welded on a slightly upward angle. The bracket itself is half of a 1/8" thick 2" X 4" rectangle tube. Should be able to find aluminum tubing from a metal supply place, yeah aluminum is brittle and won't take too much bending. That would be cool Joe to take metal working classes, it's pretty handy to do welding projects like light arms lol. I would probably make up a bunch of larger sized arms like this if I can eventually set up an indoor light display.

Hey Darren, would you be able to make 25 of those for my street light displays in my building?

Hey George, sure I could make up a bunch of these.
