Illuminated conveyor belt/tube post

Yesterday, our council opened a foot passage through the complex of an old glover factory in our town. You actually go between two chainlink fences.
Dunno to whom belongs the part in the picture - it looks rather desolate but it probably isn't - there were some barking dogs at least.

I like the tube post/conveyor belt (or whatever it is) lighting. There also are two still easy-to-find "Ambassador" streetlights. Prying eyes could also find a Polish "Mesko" lantern, some bulkhead/above-the-door fixtures and a floodlight.
