1200w Incandescent? Halogen? Fixture

Ok..I put it in the 'streetlights' folder, but it isnt one (simply the best choice since the light ain't mine)

It is something I saw at a ReStore a couple weeks back, and is deff the biggest incandescent-ish fixture I've seen. The filament was quite odd looking
(image quality isn't the best as it was a quick snapshot taken with a phone (remember I was _in_ the store), so I don't know that it really shows)

These looked like they had very little if any use. I picked one up just to look at it, and was surprisingly lightweight. There were a few things I saw on it: Tungsten... 1200w/120v... a warning to keep draperies & flammable material something like 8-feet away!

I believe these fixtures were intended as some sorta stage lighting
