McCain Programmable Visibility Signals

Located at the intersection of Elmwood Ave. and Great Arrow Street in the City's North Buffalo area, this is one of two sets at that intersection. Being offset, there is a double signal located there and the PV signals are on the back sets. BTW, these weigh more than the original 3M versions at 23 pounds per unit. So heavy the contractors had to utilize good old fashioned galvanized steel conduit and the flat plate/U-Bolt traffic signal mounts.
