Yeah I don't get why these LED fixtures don't have a screw holding the door on. I mean these are SUPPOSED to be 20yrs maintenance free and if they do require any form of maintenance it's just gonna be replaced. And not like it would be an extra tool for the lineman since you need a screwdriver for the terminal block... You never see a GE Powr/Door missing the door...
I'm just boggled by why the Electrician who installed this didn't trim back the branches when they installed this. It looks like the branches knocked open the door to this.
There's a light totally concealed by trees on this pole here. I kid you not! 100W HPS M-250R2 on a 6ft curved upsweep arm. I never knew it was there until I was walking with my grandma (her neighborhood) and it was in the fall so it was getting dark after supper and I saw orange light coming from the tree and found it lol. No idea how they got the bucket truck up there to get at the light and no light makes it to the street; it's all blocked by the leaves. You can only see the light from the sidewalk lol. I wonder if the M-250R2 has its original bulb from when it was installed in the 90s. I couldn't see the PC to know for sure.
This next light over is also pretty concealed. You'd think they'd trim the trees so the lines don't get snagged but these poles don't have primaries on them so they probably don't care lol.
