Made January 2002 (0102). All the 175W lamps worked and all the ones with the silver bases were bright like new. I wrote the "condition" of each lamp in ultra-fine point sharpie on the base ("DIM", "DEAD", "VERY DIM", or "BRITE"). Note the oddly shaped envelope of this one. The end is more "pointy". The 80s GE ED-shape lamps were noticeably more blunted on the end than standard ED lamps, now these are more pointed!
