Is it though? 3200 lumens is just a little brighter than one F32T8 lol. Very strange concept... A "volumetric" troffer design incorporated into a strip light...
Hmm interesting. Yeah it's weird how LEDs are rated for lower lumens but still put out enough light. A common error of the average joe is that the LEDs are brighter than fluorescent because of the higher surface brightness, so the tubes LOOK brighter (with the retrofit tubes) but they're really not. LED-designed fixtures like above are probably better anyway. Those LED tubes can be very harsh since there isn't a lot of space between the LEDs and the diffuser.
