Tungda Lighting 85W Induction
Found this induction retrofit kit at Restore. It appears to be a clone of the more widely known Philips QL series lamps. Unfortunately the tapped mounted holes on the base do not line up with standard mogul bases so you'll have modify the socket bracket to install this. (Unless if you have a light like the Powerlites where the socket was mounted using a hose clamp lol) The driver sorta matches the hole pattern for a 3x4 HID ballast core though.

The flying lead from the lamp appears to be a ground wire for EMI shielding, it lit up find when I tested it without the ground connected.

Cool! Looks similar to the Philips Induction kit I put in my OV-15 4th generation (I see you provided a link). Cool Mine didn't line up with mogul sockets either so I had to drill another set of holes on the OV-15 socket bracket. The OV-15 uses a pair of threaded rods with a flat bracket so the driver fit without any issues.

Nice find Joe! Lots of neat stuff it seems at ReStores there.

Thanks!

@Mike, ahh so yours didn't line up with the socket holes either lol. On my streetlights, the R47 and OVF have the ballast mounted in cast holes, the B2255 uses a u shaped bracket, the Crimefighter uses a universal ballast bracket bolted on the OEM GE bracket, and the UCD has the bracket on a metal plate.

@Darren, yeah the Restores here can have a lot of great stuff but since there are so many around you have to check each one often to catch most of the goodies. My biggest issue is some of the Restores tend to overprice on their lighting.
