Only one I've ever seen like this...no idea why they did it, but maybe it was something with it being a mountain road.

GE M400. Not M400R3. The R3 doesn't exist. Plus weird looking glare shield.

I don't remember seeing R3 being mentioned anywhere on either pic of it.
