Wow it's even an eco bulb? Awesome it lasted 16 years! that's some good quality there. The Sylvania lamps NGrid uses here now are junk. Many are decent and last their rated life but some start cycling after only like a month of use!

Sounds like this was a good lamp, too bad they are now junk. This lamp never cycled, it began to have a hard time starting until at the end it would only be a dim glow.

Hmm maybe it just used up its emitter or something.

Was it running dusk to dawn? 24,000 hours is around 6 years of dusk to dawn use, this thing lasted more than twice that. Shocked
