lite_lover   [Jun 25, 2010 at 02:27 AM]

Thanks Darren.

Hang on is that in Brampton Question
joe_347V   [Jun 27, 2010 at 11:15 PM]
Yep, near the Queen St. and Hwy. 410 interchange.

I drive by those twice daily, sadly they don't work at night BTW your lights came from an intersection about 3 mins away Very Happy

Too bad that they don't work at night, it would have been cool to see those lit up at night and to see what lamp type they used.

I think I went by the intersection where my lights came from, I've posted a pic of the intersection here and it seems to match the one in your pic. Very Happy

Yep thats it! I would assume you saw the construction on Queen street with the new King repos being installed, thats where I'm gettign the unknown Powerlite (in fact I'm getting it tomorrow:-D) and the 400 watt HPS 115 Very Happy
joe_347V   [Jun 27, 2010 at 11:52 PM]
Yeah, I also saw the construction on Queen St. with the new King repos, I didn't see the unknown Powerlite fixture though.

I also saw a maintenance yard with some poles and arms and some highmast poles too.
gailgrove   [Jun 27, 2010 at 11:57 PM]
Yep its not really a maintence yard but more of just a storage yard, the high masts appeared last week and I've been wondering what there doing there since the city of Brampton doesn't own any any Confused BTW the Powerlite (they took down Friday) was near the other end of the construction almost into downtown, and the 115 was at Rutherford RD.

These came down. Not sure if they fell off from the wind over the last day or crews took it down. Feel free to take them because the lights are just sitting in the grass. Pole is still up, but bare.

From how they were dangling, it seems more like the bolt finally failed.
streetlight98   [Apr 09, 2017 at 04:31 AM]
If they're not damaged I'd say they were removed but if they're damaged then likely fell. I would find it odd if they took them down and just left them there though. I'd swing by if for nothing else than to grab pics and see what lamps are in them if it's not too far out of the way.

Yeah, maybe one of the members in the Brampton area could swing by and get some close up pics. I live too far just to swing by for some pictures lol.

I can try lol
