Closeup of ballast.

Here is a closer shot of the ballast mounted on the power door. Looks nice, kinda tight fit. To be honest, the original light that is on here, I am sure someone bought it and then it didn't work out for them quite well (prolly wired it wrong) so it looks like they tore the thing apart and then wired everything like a redneck and entirely wrong. Lots of missing parts in the light, stuff falling out and loose, and the wiring was atrocious. But now I have a new ballast for the thing so now I can make this light into my own custom 175 watt MH light! Just need the plug thing for the power door and a lamp and then I will be all set and ready to go.
