Well. Well. Well. We have a NEC Violation! Box is not grounded!

Well, since that Lithonia fixture has a built-in P-Cell, and when I opened the box where the Tork P-Cell is, the box is not grounded! So the original electrical contractor did not ground the box, this is definitely a NEC Violation of Article 250.

So I had to put a ground wire for the box and connected to the ground wire junction connection, and then bypassed the Tork P-Cell, and capped off the lead wires that go to the Tork P-Cell. So when the internal P-Cell of the Lithonia fixture dayburns, I have an external P-Cell, which is whats in the pic.
