Yeah we had a lot of Black OV-25's and some black OV-15's here a few years ago scattered in Mississauga Ontario. There was a subdivision just at border of my city and the township abov with OV-15's here until they installed white cree's a few years ago.

Toronto had a few 400w MH OV 25s along King Street in the Financial District too. They're long gone now though, they installed LEDs there in mid December 2015.

I know I have seen a couple black ones of these in Tyler, Texas. I know they have some Black M-400 R2's there but if I do remember correctly I have seen plent of these black OVW's as well, I may have gotten pictures of them but I doubt it. Also where was this street view from?

I found this on street view. And it was from January 2019. So RARE! I didn't even know that they made these in black! Looks so awesome!
