Those look like ITT Model 25’s. The 327 is the 400-1000 watt version made by AEL and do resemble the older ITT model 25 line.

The Lens is the dead giveaway here, The 327 has a more deep Glass lens where these are more shallow. Streetlights are part of my job so I’ve seen quite a bit of fixtures.
