Found this at Goodwill, new in package. An interesting light; it attaches to a battery with clamps so it can be used as an emergency light during power outages, or under the hood/under a vehicle. The lamp is underdriven on the cheapest possible ballast and the lamp doesn't appear to be designed to be replaceable; an F8T5 isn't very bright to begin with, so this isn't a very useful light - but it's interesting.
