Eye/Iwasaki SunLux 50w E26 Diffused High-Pressure Sodium Lamp

Here is a very neat high-pressure sodium lamp that I found at a ReStore about a year ago. It is an Eye SunLux 50-watt diffused HPS. Diffused high-pressure sodium lamps have a coating inside to diffuse the light a little, the coating is not a phosphor and is not fluorescent. These emit the same color of light as a clear HPS lamp. This particular bulb appears to have had rather high hours on it. The packaging is not in fantastic condition either. Cosmetically, the bulb appears to be alright. It is a very high-quality bulb, from what I've heard, Iwasaki makes good stuff. I like the blue-glass insulator it has in its medium E26 base. I also like the etch and its placement right at the very tip of the bulb. I have no idea if it works or not and no way to test it at the moment, as I don't have a 50w HPS ballast.
