Day-Brite IS232 Industrial Strip Light - Interior

This is a 2010 Day-Brite IS series industrial-grade fluorescent strip light that I ordered on eBay, which I converted from F32T8 to F40T12. At the same time, I ordered a 1979 Universal Therm-O-Matic X 446-LR-TC-P rapid-start magnetic ballast, which I swapped in place of the original F32T8 instant-start electronic ballast. The conversion went very well, I could not be more pleased. I will be installing this fixture in the garage sooner or later. I look forward to seeing what the finished product looks like!

Here are some shots of the inside of the fixture. You can see the ballast and the wiring to the sockets! It is not wired to a cord yet since I want to see how and where it is installed in the garage before deciding on a cord length.
