is the PEPCO constructed sorta like the M-100 or Compleatly Diffrent?

It's a PEMCO branded.....not a PEPCO...and it's different....I actually have a PEMCO open bottom too....the difference is theres really no outer body covering the reflector, it's just the reflector alone with the ballast housing...while the GE M-100 (and Westinghouse MO-Cool has the upper body covering the ballast AND reflector....but Westinghouse also made streetlight called MO-9 which is very similar to the above fixture...

a mercury vapor cobrahead.....either a GE M-250R1 or GE M-250R2 or a OV-15....forgot....but most of the fixtures in that area were one of those 3....
