Hmm. The NEMA label must have been added. The origional M-400 didn't have NEMA labels.

I'd say mid-to-late 70's as my 1973 M-400 split door didn't have one. I'm not positive about the date. HPS GE's had tags as early as '71 I think. They were one of the last ones to use the MV tags though.
