I seen these in my area before too at a local mall and interestingly, I also saw these on the ground at the same mall with the refractor off around 4-5 years ago.

My elementary school I went to had these, only in a low wattage MH source. THere's no glare control at all on these. How do you knoe if its 1000 watts? there's no NEMA label on it. Razz

wow! that would be be glary, it looks like one end of a CMH arctube!

Well simply from the brightness size and hight of the pole, And it does kind of look like a CMH arctube.
