AE 125 On a Truss Arm. These type of poles and arms used to the standard from the 1960s to the early 90's for freeway lighting in Ontario, these "truss lights" are no longer installed since the MTO prefers using highmast lights for freeway lighting. Well, since I'm not good with identifying fixtures I've put both possible models on the title.

General Electric. You have to look for things like the hinge assembly and the latch.

Thanks nimo, I've always thought that this one looked more like a GE, and also the MTO (transport department) never used AE luminaires before. Nor do they list them on their approved products list.

i see alot more of the AEL 125's than i do the GE M400A3/R3's....i like the AE because its Slimmer....the GE's are alot Bulkier...no Telling how they Both Hold Up...they look like Pretty Decent Fixtures...both the GE and AE...i used to think they were the Same.

I don't know, this looks like a 125 to me, for starers its un-painted, and its not as bulky as the M400 ...

Yeah it's a 125, the door looks thinner and the latch is not the "clip" type used on the GEs. Razz

The present M-400 also has a flatter door. The 125 has a bit of a grade to the door.
