Here's a boundary between two different utilities. The light in foreground belongs to San Diego Gas & Electric. Their service area terminates at this pole, while another power line takes over, belonging to Southern California Edison. The SCE light is on the next pole. Located in southern Laguna Beach, CA.
A BATTLE!!! They both look VERY similar....if not the same....its hard to see the other light....think you can try to find more "fights" and better pictures to see the difference since one of the lights is kinda blocked.......
It looks harder to identify than in my electrical company and others which are more obvious....like Truss arm next to a single braced forked arm!
