WRTL HML400G and GE HMAA Highmasts
Here's another style of highmast light seen on a section of Highway 401. They use different luminaries and are mounted in the shoulders instead of on top the median barrier. The lone luminaire is a GE and the other luminaires are UK made HML400G by WRTL thanks to Colin.

Are you sure those are HML400G because those look's different from Colin's picture and I cant find any source of those fixtures in any websites...

They look similar but different
