Old IMS Corp. F15T8 Blacklight Fixture An old F15T8 fixture i got somewhere years ago... That sure looks old....what lamp came with it fi it did?

Didn't have the lamp when i got it.
Either a F15T8 or F15T12 will fit in it.
Have no idea on the age, there is no date stamp inside or out. Sad
