Her ya' go Jace these are PECO arms there intenionaly bent so if the pole is not exactly at the intersection the light will. about a 20 foot arm.With an American Electric 125, 400 watt hps. Ill try too get a better pic soon.
This is exactly the same situation as this PECO arm I found I also found something like this in Philadelphia too which is full of those PECO arms....but no tapered arms like in MD and Delaware has!
