Yup, FCO. Fixture looks brand spankin' new with a yellow 400 HPS sticker on the bottom. But it's a merc!

It may actually be a MH ballasted....I know MH ballast 400 watt are able to run MV lamps. a lot of GE 400 watt ballast are MV/MHs

Wouldn't an MH have a Red label, though?

is Label actually yellow or white? I mean I know there were and I have seen white label for MHs....plus one can easily slip a label on...or it could be refurbished? I donno...

The label is definitely bright yellow. Whatever kind of fixture it is, it sure is an interesting setup.
