Just break the glass on the HPS lamp and you CAN tan with it! Since it emits UV rays. It can be HPS-tanning. xD

i don't think the Lamp Emits anywhere near the amount of UV you need to Tan...and i wasn't trying to tan.
but i did smell ozone.

I have had a 400 watt MH lightbulb sunburn my face! I was doing some kind of test on the highest tempature of a MH lamp and I had my face close to it...and it had my cheeks and nose kinda tanned and a bit red...

once my eyes got inflammed from the UV from a Lack of Protection....made them feel like they had sand in them for a Few Days!
