Signals at a intersection in Toronto with a offset cross street. Here's the Streetview, if you look closely you'll see that the 8-8-8 signals are now gone.
Just a random question.. When it is late at night like 1:00 in the morning and there isn't much traffic, are some signals deigned to blink yellow (and one side red I think) during that specific time?
I know of one place where the signals do that but I think for the most part most signals are programmed to cycle continuously all night. (just like 400 watt ALTOs in OVXs )
The programmable sections have a through and left arrow on the left signal and through arrow on the right one. They also have green balls on them too.
