Those are low mercury, i own a low mercury 50/100/150W Feit low mercury 3 way CFL, which is so dim and flickery at first on the low (12W setting) and i believe these even use recycled plastics in the base, with lead free solder, which was stated on the package of mine.
I don't really like CFLs much. The quality isn't always that great and they're a health hazard for widespread household use. I personally use LEDs in my bedroom. I don't mind paying more for exceptional quality, although the prices are outragous. I bought mine for $10 each on sale with a $20 giftcard. That means i really only bought one since there are three sockets on my ceiling fan. The rest of mt house is either incandescent or CFL. There are linier fluorescents in the closets and some of the basement. The closets have single lamp F20T12 magnetic fixtures that are origional to the house (2002-2003) and the utility room and laundry room have F17T8 IS wrap lights that i bought and hate. I installed them with the help of my dad.
