it needs a 55 microfarad 240V minimum capacitor.

I believe this should have came with a oil filled cap originally, but the plastic "dry" type should work.

Yup, the cap you linked would be fine! If you find a cap with a higher voltage rating, it's even better since it gives a greater safety margin.
