Retrofitted LED pedestrian signal.
Another thing I picked up from the pile of traffic lights...

Here is a pedestrian signal. Retrofitted to LED as there are incandescent sockets inside.

Brand says "Indicator Controls Corp" on the back, anyone know that brand? This is the same brand as the trafic signal housing on the traffic signal I picked up.

ICC was a brand that existed from the 1970s or so up until the later 90s. They produced incandescent vehicle and pedestrian heads, don't believe they get into the controller market until their name change to IDC (Intersection Development Corporation). IDC/ICC bought Traconex and both companies were bought by PEEK traffic.

Some background for ya, sir. I have a very early ICC crosswalk head that was cast heavy in aluminum to support a neon apparatus. The neon was gone when I got it, and now houses an LED countdown pedestrian signal made by Quixote (also owned by PEEK)

The LED module in this is Leotek, and 4 of the LED's on the Stop hand are already burned out. The walk side every LED works, it's just the 4 on the Hand.

I will take a pic of this lit soon...
