Might be incandescent, not sure. I don't see a ballast can anywhere.
And the housing looks too small to hod a ballast, so chances are this is an Incandescent gumball.

I think it's incandescent too but it looks like they've cut the feed wires so we'll never know what light source it used for sure.

That clip above the gumball looks almost like a dinosaur or somthing of that sort...
