Lights of America Quad-Lites
The three wattages of LOA "Q-Lites" with electronic ballasts and replaceable lamps: 13w, 18w, and 27w. The 13w lamps are basically PL lamps made by GE, Philips or Sylvania, but rebased for LOA with four pins and no guide pin. The larger lamps are made by Panasonic and are also rebased 4-pins with no guide pin. The lamps are hard to remove and the ballasts tend to have short life and also kill the lamps quickly due to instant-starting and underpowering them.

Yeah LOA makes a bad impression on american goods. After all, this (...) isn't even made on this continent!

"Assembled in USA" = placed into boxes in the US. Rolling Eyes
